Weekend Receptionist Schedule

  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM every third weekend
  • Included in the holiday rotation

Weekend Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
  • Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
