We're growing in the Enterprise area and are looking for experienced caregivers who live in or near Enterprise to join our team!

Some people are simply meant to care for others. They notice when something doesn't seem right. They remember how a client likes their coffee. They take pride in showing up on time and making someone's day a little easier.

Those are the caregivers we're looking for.

For over 14 years, FirstLight Home Care has served families throughout the Wiregrass. We're expanding our client base in the Enterprise area and are looking for dependable caregivers who take pride in doing things the right way.

What Caregiving Looks Like Here..

You'll work one-on-one with seniors and adults in their homes. Depending on the client, you may help with:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Mobility assistance and fall prevention
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping related to client care
  • Transportation when needed
  • This is hands-on caregiving. Our clients need more than someone to sit nearby—they need someone attentive, capable, and trustworthy.

    Hours & Availability:
  • Daytime availability between 7:00 AM7:00 PM or
  • Nighttime availability between 7:00 PM7:00 AM
  • Shifts generally range from 412 hours
  • Every other weekend availability is required
  • Caregivers with open availability typically receive the most consistent client assignments. We consider caregiver availability, but client needs and continuity of care come first.
  • Pay & Benefits:
  • $12.00$14.00 per hour
  • Loyalty bonuses at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year
  • PTO accrual

  • Requirements:

    At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Professional, dependable, and compassionate

    Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

    Comfortable working in homes with pets
