Unit staffing description- u/c, OB tech, charge nurse or cnc, obed, break and resource nurses and then RN for floor assignments
Type of equipment : CPN Client monitors/ Novii (Monica's)
Documentation system: CPN for nursing Meditech for Order entry
Scheduling requirements: 3 12's (no 6 in a row)
Floating policy: Charge RN will only have charge RN shifts
Patient Experience requirements: rounding when concerns are escalated
