Job description

FROZEN TEAM LEAD:  Hourly Lead Person in the Frozen Section working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager.  This person's primary duties include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and customer relations on the salesfloor while working with one or two regular helpers working in the Section.  Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned by the Packaged Good Manager. 

  1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. 
  2. Previous Work Experience: Must be a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities;
  3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

Other Work Considerations:  Customer service orientation; leadership skills; organizational ability; reliable, dependable.
