Job description

Pay Range: (Minimum to mid pay range specific to (OHI,DEL,NY,CA,CO,WA,MD,CT,IL,NV,,KY,MI,NJ,ME,MO,MA,MT) 75,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual)

Responsibilities
  • Assume overall market management at a location and provide direction to Team Leaders for all lines of business, including Route and Cash Logistics, Operations, Finance, HR, Safety and Security.
  • Support the General Manager and/or Regional Vice President in organizing market logistics and aggressively developing a product‑driven organization.
  • Identify ways to improve cost management, increase efficiencies, and drive services that positively impact business results.
  • Develop product lines within the assigned market and identify new opportunities for Brink’s products to be introduced.
  • Understand competitive circumstances, including identity, operational characteristics, market pricing, and impact.
  • Proactively reduce risk exposure by implementing measures to reduce worker’s compensation injury costs and security losses.
  • Establish and maintain accountability at all levels of the market.
  • Maintain a positive employee relations and work environment.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity, and standards internally and externally.
  • Maintain ethical standards and protect Brink’s reputation by delivering high‑quality, reliable programs and services that meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure proper recruitment, selection, and training, and mentor, coach, and develop the first‑line supervisory team.
  • Establish profitable relationships through good communication and service levels with customers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in the banking industry, money processing, or transportation/logistics.
  • Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
  • Valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or other required licenses.
  • Clear DOT/DMV record.
  • Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cash handling industry or retail/financial cash management.
  • Excellent knowledge of business and customer needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of business development techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Professional Skills
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
