Good Earth Pest Company is a local family-owned headquartered in Corvallis, Oregon. Good Earth exists to improve the lives of our clients and our team members through exceptional service. We have been around since 1989 and have steadily grown through hard work and dedication to our team and clients. We provide structural pest control to people and their businesses ranging from Eugene to Salem and even out to the coast. Good Earth Pest Company is looking for its newest team member for its Home Services Division. This is an entry level position that can easily develop into a long term career. We do not require knowledge or past experience in pest control, but we do require excellent client service skills. Any construction based knowledge or experience is a plus.

Our team of Technicians are responsible for performing pest exclusion repairs on homes and buildings to keep rodents and wildlife out.


A successful candidate for this position will:


  • Provide exclusion repairs to our clients
  • Perform rodent and potentially wildlife trapping programs
  • Use power tools and hand tools
  • Be able to work on ladders and atop roofs
  • Be able to work in crawlspaces for extended periods of time
  • Be able to complete work as a team and as an individual
  • Follow a daily schedule and assure prompt arrivals at timed stops
  • Communicate and develop relationships with clients
  • Complete the appropriate paperwork
  • Diagnose and solve problems with their clients and co-workers
  • Perform bids and sales for potential new clients
