Job description

Remote Benefits Coordinator & Sales Representative

AO – Remote | Full-Time

AO is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Benefits Representatives. In this role, you will work with union members and credit union members who have requested help understanding and activating their benefits.

Our representatives meet virtually with members to activate their no-cost union benefits and help families secure permanent life insurance protection. This is a 100% remote opportunity with full training and strong leadership support.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet virtually with union and credit union members who have requested benefits information
  • Help members activate their no-cost union benefits
  • Educate families on permanent life insurance options and help them choose the coverage that fits their needs
  • Complete applications through our digital enrollment platform
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with members
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship with leadership

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) position with performance-based income and uncapped earning potential.

  • Expected earnings: $80,000 – $140,000+ annually
  • No lead costs or out-of-pocket marketing expenses
  • Weekly pay and performance bonuses available
