Job description

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is hiring a Domestic Care Technician to join our Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
  • Status: PRN (Per Requested Need).
  • Work Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights or even Rotating
  • Hours: Varies upon shift
  • Shift Differential $1- $3 additional depending on shift.

What Your Day Looks Like:A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.
As a Domestic Care Technician, you will be:
  • Preparing residents for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishments, and documenting intakes
  • Stocking linens in rooms from line closets.
  • Passing ice and water to residents.

Qualifications:
Education:High School Diploma (preferred).
Experience: None! This is the perfect opportunity for a high school student looking to get started on a career in healthcare.
Skills: Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.
Licensure/Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR (we assist with obtaining this) within 6 months of employment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
