The Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our in-office team in Celina, TX.

You will be a key point of contact for customers after their purchase, helping them with product questions, setup, troubleshooting, and general technical support. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their issues, provide solutions, and ensure they have a positive experience with our products.

What You’ll DoCustomer amp; Technical Support
  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Assist customers with product questions, installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Help identify and resolve technical issues with golf simulator equipment and related products.
  • Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer service.
  • Escalate more complex technical issues when needed.
Product Knowledge
  • Develop a strong understanding of our golf simulator products, launch monitors, accessories, and related technology.
  • Stay current on product features, updates, and common troubleshooting issues.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate opportunities for improvement.
Customer Experience
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and support cases accurately.
  • Follow up when necessary to ensure issues are resolved.

You do not need to be a professional golfer. We are looking for someone who is interested in golf technology and willing to learn.
