Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Barback to join our Food & Beverage team. As part of our hospitality organization, you will support restaurant and bar operations within our resort and hotel properties by ensuring bartenders have the supplies, inventory, and support necessary to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are interested in growing a career in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, resorts, and food and beverage operations.
What You'll Do
  • Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary bar areas.
  • Prepare garnishes, juices, and beverage ingredients.
  • Change kegs and assist with inventory management.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from bar stations.
  • Wash and polish glassware.
  • Support bartenders during peak service periods.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service.

  • Restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
