Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support revenue growth for one of Maryland's premier waterfront golf and event destinations. This role is responsible for generating new business across golf outings, corporate events, weddings, and group bookings while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Sales Manager will execute sales strategies, manage inbound and outbound leads, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners. This position plays a key role in driving bookings, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing utilization of resort offerings.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution from initial inquiry through completion. You will also maintain accurate pipeline reporting, support forecasting efforts, and contribute to achieving overall revenue goals.
