General Summary The Golf Cart Attendant works mainly outside maintaining, renting, and overseeing use of Golf Carts. Requirements and Job Specifications High school graduation or equivalent Valid LA Class E driver's license Some understanding and ability to operate golf course equipment Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions Golf knowledge preferred Basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Functions and Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Washing, charging, and parking golf carts. Picking up trash around facility, performing general janitorial duties in clubhouse; cleaning course restrooms.

Identifying carts in need of repair, informing supervisor on duty. Pick up driving range balls. Fixing flat tires and general cart maintenance.

Assisting golf course supervisor as assigned. Supplemental Information 29 hours or less per week. Must be willing to work weekends.
