Join our team as a Seasonal Golf Professional and help deliver an exceptional golf experience for our guests. In this role, you'll support daily golf operations, provide instruction, and ensure a high level of customer service on and off the course. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about golf, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences in a resort setting.

What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent guest service to golfers, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Assist with daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, pace of play, and course flow
  • Conduct individual and group golf lessons, clinics, and instructional programs
  • Support and coordinate tournaments, outings, and special golf events
  • Assist with merchandising and sales in the golf shop, including POS transactions
  • Maintain accurate tee times, reservations, and guest records using golf management systems
  • Enforce course rules, policies, and safety standards
  • Monitor course conditions and communicate with maintenance staff as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for the golf shop and practice facilities
  • Provide knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and resort amenities to guests
  • Support junior golf programs and player development initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop and practice areas
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by golf leadership

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in golf management or related field preferred
  • Previous golf operations, golf instruction, or golf course experience preferred
  • PGA Apprentice or PGA Professional status preferred (or desire to pursue PGA certification)
  • Strong knowledge of the game of golf, rules, and etiquette
  • Experience with POS systems and tee sheet management software preferred
