TPC of Myrtle Beach is seeking a friendly, professional, and service driven SERVER to be part of our exceptional food and beverage team. Known for our championship-caliber golf course and elevated dining experiences, TPC of Myrtle Beach offers an environment where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence come together. If you take pride in creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality setting we'd love to meet you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Organize and account for product and supplies and ensure food and beverage quality.
  • Rotates and re-stocks products in checklist provided and discards perishable items.
  • Report any quality or waste issues to Manager.
  • Complete all required opening and closing procedures on the check list provided.
  • Knowledge of bartending and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with state law.
  • Assist golfers with all food and beverage needs, as necessary.
  • Keep snack bar area in clean order throughout the day and clean fully at end of shift.
  • All trash inside and outside is to be properly disposed of during and at the end of shift.
  • Secure all keys in proper designated location at the end of the shift.
  • Report any equipment issues to Manager or Pro Shop.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests.
  • Promote a positive relationship with team members in all departments and divisions.
  • Additional duties as assigned such as food preparation and light cooking.

Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance with company, state, and federal law requirements.
  • Report safety or hazard concerns to management.
  • Report any work-related injury to management.
  • Take personal responsibility for safety every day.

Qualifications-Requirements-Experience-Education:
  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Must have positive attitude and be able to meet public in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Ability to stand throughout duration of shift and lift minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Understanding of internal controls.
  • Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.
