Duties and Responsibilities:
• Always greet guests and members in a pleasant manner.
• Prepare an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serving alcohol to guests only 21 years of age and over.
• Assist and serve in the restaurant/grill as needed.
• Prepare and serve various snacks, ready to eat sandwiches, hot dogs, and kitchen or grill prepared foods, etc.
• When working the beverage cart ensure it is properly stocked.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Remove trash from the cart or serving area at the end of the shift.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and stay late when necessary.
• Alert supervisor immediately of any member or guest complaints.
• Project yourself in a positive and professional manner always.
• Inspect cart to see that maintenance problems are corrected promptly, reporting these problems to your manager.
• Keep work area properly stocked.
• Follow all State and company liquor policies.
• Complete requisition forms for all supplies.
• Handle and count cash accurately, record all credit card transactions.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to schedule.• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and general manager.
• Organize and account for product and supplies.
• Rotates and re-stocks all dry, frozen, and chill products to ensure quality.
• Report any quality or waste issues to supervisor.
• Complete all required opening and closing procedures per checklist.
• Secure all keys in proper designated location at the end of the shift.
• Reports any equipment issues to supervisor or pro shop.
• Keep snack area/restaurant clean throughout the day.
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety guidelines in accordance with the law.
• Report safety or hazard concerns to management immediately.
• Report any work-related injuries to management immediately.
• Take personal responsibility for safety every day
Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education
• Previous beverage cart/server experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Good organizational skills.
• Nonslip shoes required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
