NOW HIRING: Seasonal Golf Starter / Ranger

Are you passionate about golf, enjoy being outdoors, and love interacting with people? Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to help create an exceptional golf experience for our guests.

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Golf, the Golf Starter/Ranger plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable pace of play while delivering outstanding guest service on the course.

What Youll Do:
Welcome golfers and create a positive first impression
Collect and record golfer receipts accurately
Start players on time and maintain smooth pace of play throughout the course
Patrol the golf course and assist guests as needed
Support daily golf operations and outside services setup
Complete daily reports for the Director of Golf
Ensure guests receive the high level of service expected at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa
Follow all resort and golf operations standards and procedures

What Were Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Golf knowledge or previous golf course experience is a plus

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous customer service, hospitality, or golf-related experience preferred
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and move throughout the golf course for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
