Job description

Blue Hill Country Club located in Canton, Massachusetts, has full-time and part-time seasonal positions available on the Golf Course Maintenance Crew. Blue Hill Country Club has 27 holes, including an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole challenger course, and a practice facility with a driving range.
The Club is owned and managed by Concert Golf Partners which currently owns 31 properties nationwide. Concert Golf Partners is a rapidly growing organization that prides itself on promoting its employees from within. Check out www.concertgolfpartners.com for more information.
Requirements include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, time management skills, and the ability to work well independently and on a team. Prior experience is not essential as we can provide on-the-job training. Candidates must be available during weekday and weekend hours. We have Full-Time Seasonal and Part-time positions available from April through November.
Job Duties Will Include:
  • Operation of some motorized equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, walk-behind mowers, etc.
  • Mowing of greens, tees, approaches, and rough with ride-on or walk-behind mowers.
  • Maintenance of all sand bunkers.
  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift things over 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions - rain or shine.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Typical hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday.
