Mercy Northwest Arkansas is currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist group in Rogers, AR. Join a thriving health care system recognized both locally and nationally for providing exceptional care while remaining on the forefront of the rapidly changing medical field.   • Join an established experienced group of hospitalist physicians

  • 7 on/7 off schedule, 12 hour shifts

  • Day rounder and rotating admit/night shifts; Opportunity for nocturnist position

  • Open ICU model with Critical Care coverage; Experience in ICU management needed

  • Procedures: not required but encouraged

  • Subspecialty support available

  • Academic engagement: Actively participate in teaching with the Alice Walton School of Medicine (Mercy is primary teaching partner), as well as our Internal Medicine residency program (UAMS affiliation)
