Job description

Manage and improve streamlined recruiting and hiring processes, ensuring accurate data management and efficient execution across talent acquisition lifecycle. Collaborate through proactive partnership across the employee journey to resolve issues, provide support and direct inquiries to appropriate team members as needed.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $25.20 - $29.84 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and applicants throughout the recruiting process, including facilitating recruiting kickoffs for individual or seasonal hiring cycles; sourcing candidates; responding to inquiries; scheduling interviews and travel; networking; community engagement, and facilitating onboarding for employee groups supported in this role.
  • Manage and optimize vendor relationships and source candidates through passive and active recruiting strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, other platforms, community partnerships, and targeted outreach), while evaluating effectiveness and recommending adjustments to improve candidate quality and reach.
  • Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), including but not limited to, posting requisitions, monitoring communications and status, updating templates, managing system access and identifying system or process enhancements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute advertising campaigns (internal and external), track advertisements and related expenses, and process invoices.
  • Administer reference and background checks, post-offer pre-employment screening (POPES) and related invoicing, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and timely candidate experience.
  • Support the delivery of employment offers for -benefits-eligible positions in accordance with recruiting cycles and deadlines; support execution of high-volume hiring by ensuring timely, effective processes and completion for part-time non-benefit eligible and student positions.
  • Manage new hire data and onboarding transitions, partnering with the People Operations team to accurately create employee records in Human Resources Information System (Oracle). Analyze recruiting and onboarding trends and feedback to recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen hiring and retention outcomes.

Requirements
  • Associate degree preferably in Human Resources, office management or related field or equivalent experience desired.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to project a warm, welcoming, and competent image to customers.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Two or more years of experience sourcing efficiencies and candidate assessment techniques. Proficiency in social recruiting techniques (via LinkedIn, Facebook, Internet sourcing), Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud-based Oracle human capital management systems and applicant tracking systems is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems, with solid knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Willingness and ability to adapt to changing technologies and systems.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
General office environment with long periods of computer work. This role is majority in-person.
