 Medical Optometrist Opportunity in Central South Carolina

 As an Optometrist at Carolinas Centers for Sight, you will provide comprehensive vision care up to the full scope of your licensure. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and eye diseases like glaucoma, as well as prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications. You will deliver pre- and postoperative care for surgical patients, evaluate systemic conditions like diabetes that affect eye health, and refer patients to our physicians when needed. Additionally, you will promote eye health through patient education, including guidance on the proper use and care of contact lenses, and provide specialized care for conditions such as dry eye disease.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary $140,000 - $150,000 plus 20% productivity bonus on net collections, and 5% bonus on optical sales.
• Full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a matching 401(k).
