Thornberry Creek at Oneida is the official course of the Green Bay Packers and one of Wisconsin’s premier golf destinations. Located in Green Bay, WI, the property features two beautiful courses: the Championship 18-hole course and the scenic 9-hole Iroquois course. With a welcoming clubhouse, exceptional dining, and outstanding hospitality, Thornberry Creek provides a top-tier experience for golfers and guests alike. Managed by KemperSports, the property is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a memorable atmosphere.

Position Summary

Thornberry Creek at Oneida is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to provide high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, has strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes and regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized bar, ensuring all beverages and supplies are stocked.
  • Follow all state and local alcohol service laws, including checking guest identification and practicing responsible service.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Assist with special events, tournaments, and private parties as needed.
  • Monitor customer behavior and manage alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous bartending or restaurant service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and responsible beverage service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain required alcohol service certification.
