Bradley Medical Center, an affiliate of Vitruvian Health and Cleveland Medical Associates in Cleveland, TN are recruiting a family or internal medicine physician. Cleveland Medical Associates is committed to providing primary medical care services to the residents of Bradley County and surrounding communities in a quality, caring, efficient, and cost-effective manner while striving to continuously improve.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
  • Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers.
  • Participate in patient care management and follow-up.
  • Engage in community outreach and maintain relationships with local patients.

Ideal Personality:

  • Team player who can adapt to the practice's culture.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and via text/call.
  • Open to various backgrounds, including recent graduates or experienced physicians.
  • Ability to connect with the community and respect the legacy of the retiring physician.

Practice Overview:

  • Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12
  • Team Composition: 8 providers (5 physicians, 3 mid-levels), with a mix of male and female providers.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
  • Patient Base: Established community relationships, with a focus on retaining existing patient volumes.
  • Technology: Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred.

Bradley Medical Center (BMC), an affiliate of Vitruvian Health, is a not-for-profit hospital that works to bring quality, innovative health care to the Cleveland community and surrounding areas with comprehensive medical services, as well as an experienced team of physicians and caregivers. BMC is actively involved with promoting community-wide health and wellness with locations at the main acute care hospital and Westside Campus totaling 351 licensed beds.
