This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity.

· Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

· Patients per day: 18

· Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center

· Scope: Outpatient Clinic

· State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

· Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
