Golf Instructor at Pure Swing Golf in Dallas, Texas

Pure Swing Golf is a fast growing, technology-driven indoor golf instruction facility in Dallas dedicated to helping golfers of all ages and skill levels improve their game. Through personalized coaching, state-of-the-art training technology, and an exceptional client experience, we create measurable results for our students while fostering a fun, professional, and welcoming environment. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and service-oriented Golf Instructor who is passionate about teaching, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of Pure Swing Golf.


Position Overview

As a Golf Instructor at Pure Swing Golf, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional instruction, building a loyal client base, and supporting the overall success of the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coaching, sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Successful candidates understand that great instruction and great client relationships go hand in hand. Instructors are expected to actively contribute to student retention, lesson package sales, and the overall growth of the business.


What You'll Do

Golf Instruction & Player Development

  • Conduct private golf lessons for players of all ability levels both indoors at our facility and outdoors on the course or at a practice facility.  
  • Utilize launch monitor data, video analysis, and other training technology to provide effective instruction.
  • Create customized improvement plans based on each student's goals and skill level.
  • Track student progress and provide ongoing coaching support.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and results-driven learning environment.

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction.
  • Build long-term relationships that encourage student retention and continued development.
  • Follow up with students regarding lesson plans, progress, and future training opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for golfers looking to improve their performance.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell lesson packages to potential and current members and help develop a game plan for their success.
  • Recommend training aids, equipment, and other products that support student improvement.
  • Assist in achieving facility sales goals through consultative selling and outstanding service.
  • Participate in facility events, workshops, promotions, and community outreach activities.

Operations & Technology

  • Complete training and become proficient with the Mindbody business management platform.
  • Manage lesson scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks within Mindbody.
  • Process transactions through the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain accurate client records, lesson notes, and scheduling information.
  • Support daily facility operations and ensure a professional, organized environment.



Qualifications

Preferred

  • PGA Associate, PGA Professional, LPGA Professional, or equivalent coaching experience.
  • Previous golf instruction, coaching, or player development experience.
  • Experience working with launch monitors and golf technology platforms.

Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping golfers improve and achieve their goals.
  • Comfortable discussing and selling instructional programs and memberships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-first mindset.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends based on client demand.
