Position Overview
Security Operations Officers play a critical role in maintaining the safety and order of the community while representing the high standards of Willoughby Golf Club. Officers serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring that security procedures are carried out with professionalism and respect.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage controlled community access and visitor verification systems
• Monitor entry points and maintain secure access procedures
• Conduct vehicle and property patrols throughout the community
• Provide professional assistance to residents, members, and guests
• Identify and report safety concerns or suspicious activity
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain a visible and proactive security presence across the property
