· Ensure golf carts, rental equipment, range equipment, club storage, staging areas, and guest service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for daily operation.

· Support golf shop merchandising, inventory, POS, and product receiving as needed.

· Assist with tournaments, outings, leagues, clinics, and special events, including setup, guest arrival, player flow, cart staging, and facility preparation.

· Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak periods, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.

· Create a culture of hospitality by actively engaging with guests, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent service standards.

· Coordinate closely with golf shop, course maintenance, food & beverage, marketing, programming, and leadership teams.

· Maintain strong vendor and industry relationships related to golf carts, range technology, equipment, and outside services.

· Play a key role in pre-opening and grand-opening preparations, including Outside Services setup, staff recruitment and training, cart and staging procedures, The Bays setup, Trackman testing, The Gater preparation, operational walkthroughs, and facility readiness.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of progressive golf operations, outside services, golf shop, club, resort, public golf, or related hospitality experience.

· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

· Demonstrated leadership experience.

· PGA Member, Associate, PGM student, or active pursuit of PGA membership preferred.

· Strong knowledge of golf operations, guest service, pace of play, golf carts, outside services, and facility presentation.

· Experience with or ability to learn golf technology, including Trackman, POS, tee sheet, and other operational systems.

· Strong communication, organization, coaching, leadership, and guest-service skills.

· Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, clinics, and peak seasons.

· Ability to work comfortably in an active outdoor golf environment and maintain a highly visible presence throughout daily operations.

A hands-on golf operations leader who can help build the operation from the ground up, develop and lead a high-performing Outside Services team, and take ownership of The Bays and The Gater.
