Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a golf cart while navigating the resort's grounds to deliver food and
    beverage orders to guests on the golf course or designated areas.
  • Provide excellent, friendly, and prompt service to guests, ensuring their needs are
    met with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's menu, including daily specials and
    promotions, to offer recommendations and upsell items.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, process them accurately, and deliver
    them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all orders are served with proper presentation, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Collect payments from guests, handle transactions, and provide change or receipts
    as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels on the golf cart and ensure stock is replenished as required.
  • Ensure the golf cart is properly cleaned, maintained, and stocked before and after
    each shift.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down events or catering services when needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including alcohol service laws and
    resort policies.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if serving alcohol).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a golf cart safely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
  • A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for providing top-notch guest service.
  • Physical stamina to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
    as needed.
