We are seeking a skilled and reliable painter to perform detailed painting work at one of our premier luxury properties. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, precision, and pride in delivering exceptional results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute detailed painting tasks according to scheduled timelines

Maintain clean, sharp lines and a high-quality finish in all work

Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and protected

Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project


QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Proven reliability and ability to follow schedules

Ability to work with precision and consistency in a high-end environment

Professional attitude with pride in completed work


SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and job site requirements

Proper use of all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe working environment

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

May require travel between properties. Position travels to/from corporate on an as-needed basis; may need to travel to vendor locations to pick up needed supplies. In some cases, may need to operate a property golf cart to show residences to potential customers. Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle automobile insurance to drive on any company property.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant need to be on feet; requires standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, or walking alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Climbing stairs and ladders are required Must be able to grasp, push and pull certain equipment necessary to perform job. Lifting and carrying of weights under 50 lbs. May have to lift more than 50lbs with required internal systems in place.



Requirements

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Must be able to work weekends.
