KJUS | Logistics Coordinator
Full-time - Boulder, CO

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day logistics activities to support the efficient movement of inbound and outbound shipments. This role ensures accurate data entry, timely coordination with warehouse partners, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders to support operational continuity.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track inbound shipments to ensure timely delivery to warehouse locations
  • Maintain shipment schedules and communicate updates to internal teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external warehouse (3PL) partners for routine inquiries and updates
  • Communicate delivery schedules, receiving needs, and shipment status updates
  • Escalate shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues to leadership as needed

  • Enter inbound shipments, receipts, and related transactions into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update shipment and inventory records
  • Assist with seasonal data entry and item setup support
  • Process basic billing-related entries associated with inbound shipments
  • Ensure data accuracy by following established procedures and guidelines

15%
  • Support resolution of shipment discrepancies, receiving variances, and inventory issues by gathering information and coordinating with internal teams
  • Track and document logistics issues and follow through to resolution
  • Communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist customer service and warehouse partners with routine logistics inquiries

5%
  • Assist with documentation related to import/export shipments
  • Support audit preparation by organizing required shipment records
  • Follow established procedures for compliance-related processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics function as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics or operational support
  • Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting
  • Apparel industry experience highly desired
  • Strong organizational and computer skills with proficiency in Office365
  • Numeric and analytic aptitude, with proficiency in Excel
  • NetSuite experience is also preferred
  • A passion for outdoor sports industry
