Reports To: Spa & Fitness Director & Spa & Fitness Supervisor

Snowmass Club is looking for a Spa & Fitness Front Desk Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and delivers polished, YES-level service from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do
‍♀ Spa & Fitness Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Spa & Fitness environment
• Oversee all areas including fitness center, locker rooms, spa, pool, Kids Club, lobby, and tennis areas
• Perform routine walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness
• Wipe down fitness equipment regularly and respond to immediate cleaning needs
• Monitor deliveries and keep all spaces stocked with necessary supplies
Front Desk & POS Responsibilities
• Operate retail and point-of-sale systems with accuracy
• Process payments for services, retail, food & beverage, and gift cards
• Track member attendance and post charges accordingly
• Complete daily transactions and maintain organized records
Member Experience
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
• Manage check-ins and facility access
• Schedule spa services, appointments, and confirmations
• Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly
• Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Stay informed on club events, offerings, and communications
Team Support & Club Engagement
• Promote spa services, fitness offerings, and private lessons
• Assist with department initiatives, events, and programming
• Support cross-departmental events when needed
• Attend trainings, meetings, and contribute to team success
Education and/or Experience
  • 1 year related experience preferred.

Licenses and/or Special Requirements
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Locker rooms are gender-specific.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment, which is typical of this position.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
  • Frequent repetitive motions.
  • Continuous standing and walking.
  • The environment of the fitness center is warm and humid.
  • Able to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds.
