About the Companies

This role supports the Principal's holding companies, a portfolio of businesses spanning real estate, lending, investments, and related ventures, with Optimus Capital serving as the largest and most established operating company.

While each business has its own focus, they are united by a shared vision for growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. As the portfolio continues to expand, the organization is investing in the leadership infrastructure needed to create greater alignment, scalability, and execution across the enterprise.

The Chief Operating Officer will partner directly with the Principal to provide operational leadership across the broader portfolio—ensuring priorities are aligned, execution remains coordinated, and each company benefits from a cohesive strategic direction while supporting the continued growth of the overall enterprise.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become the CEO's closest strategic operating partner and the trusted translator between a highly visionary founder and the rest of the organization.
