• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, employing various therapeutic modalities to address specific needs and promote mental wellness.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and consistently track their progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual therapy sessions using teletherapy solutions, adapting to the varying needs of clients who may have mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards and ongoing treatment effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest practices and research in the field of mental health.

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents, providing therapy for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and family challenges. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Possess empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and individual struggles.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Experience working with a diverse population in community health settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote sessions is a plus.
