• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique situations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic goals and measure progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by different demographics, you will use tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client, creating an environment of trust and safety conducive to healing and personal growth.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build rapport and foster a safe therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude are essential in creating a supportive environment that respects clients' experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively, balancing clinical responsibilities with documentation and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings providing therapy in a hybrid format (teletherapy and in-person).
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors, is a plus.
