You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, data modelers, business analysts, and engineers—to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance software components such as APIs, service interfaces, business logic, and data access layers

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for new features and bug fixes

  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Complete committed user stories and story points within each sprint

  • Create and execute unit and integration tests

  • Collaborate with QA and engineering peers to ensure sprint commitments are met

  • Contribute to technical design documentation and implementation plans

  • Assess functional and non-functional requirements and propose effective technical solutions

  • Identify risks, blockers, and architectural impacts early and recommend solutions

  • Adapt to new tools, technologies, and development standards as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics)

  • 2–4 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Technical Skills (Required / Preferred)
  • Strong experience delivering clean, secure, and reliable code in Go (Golang)

  • Experience with API development and application/software development

  • Familiarity with FHIR data handling

  • Understanding of software design principles and programming concepts

  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, code quality gates, and test coverage

Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical specialty

  • Comfortable estimating work and adjusting based on feedback from senior engineers

What a Typical Day Looks Like
  • Pick up user stories and deliver committed work each sprint
