This position will primarily be responsible for controlling the safe flow of traffic through active construction project work zones. Use a variety of tools, such as a stop/start paddle, pilot car, and signage. Individuals will be dispatched to various project locations throughout Northern Minnesota and North Dakota. A lodging per diem is available when working out of town.
This is a seasonal position that generally requires travel through Northern Minnesota and North Dakota with other work locations as assigned Lodging assistance is provided, generally in the form of a per diem.
Minimum Qualifications:
A successful Flagger for Knife River Materials will have:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills
  • A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Compensation
Base (Training) Wage: $17.50/Hour, Estimated Project Wages: $24.00/Hour - $27.65/Hour + Fringe Benefits
