Join the Generative AI specialist team as a Business Development Specialist!
Within the Worldwide Data and AI GTM team, this position is a part of the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTM strategy for AgentCore service. We define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals

In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the "first in" teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions.
This involves activities including market sizing, working with your counterparts from across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand use cases and technical requirements, working with foundation model partners to develop joint GTM strategies, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features. As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with customers from various segments, from startups to multinational enterprises, as well was to work with partners to develop GTM and co-sell motions.

You have domain expertise in generative AI and key ML powered use cases. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to data scientists and C-Level executives. In addition, you have a good understanding of the AI Agent Platform and AgenticAI market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about market development and evangelism.

You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, partner, and professional services) and externally with customers and model providers. You will drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon Bedrock, interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and work with and model providers and our solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead Amazon Bedrock AgentCore GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams.


- Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
- Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
- Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.


- Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
