Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship

JOB DESCRIPTION: 1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set-up, operates, and adjust 5ton to 200ton metal stamping presses. Select the correct tooling for the job task with set-up documents or supervisor/lead assistance. Able to troubleshoot metal forming problems.

Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance. Team player with a positive, can do attitude. Strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED required. Competent at basic dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools.

Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids. Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge. THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED: Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of metal manufacturing.
