We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers? needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Shipping & Receiving Technician will assist in receiving, storing, pulling and loading of orders while maintaining accurate records.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill orders based on pick lists
  • Load and unload delivery truck by hand or by use of a forklift
  • Verify accuracy of incoming products
  • Record information into the computer system to create accurate records
  • Preserve finished products and package for inventory storage
  • Assist in kitting and/or assembly of component packages or assemblies


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment
  • Ability to operate a personal computer
  • Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment to meet team expectations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, ?can do? attitude


THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Six months or more of shipping and receiving
