Pay Rate Low: 18 | Pay Rate High: 20
We are seeking a GMP Manufacturing Technician to support operations within a dynamic biopharmaceutical production environment. This role supports drug substance manufacturing for development, clinical, and commercial production in a GMP-regulated cleanroom setting.
Shift: 1st Shift: 5:45 AM - 5:45 PM (12-hour shift schedule)
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (alternating with Wednesday/Thursday)
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing operations including equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and changeovers
  • Prepare buffers and media according to SOPs and manufacturing procedures
  • Follow all GMP documentation requirements including batch records, logbooks, and forms
  • Perform in-process sampling and support basic process monitoring activities
  • Assist with washroom operations including cleaning of small and large-scale equipment
  • Stage and move materials, consumables, and production components
  • Maintain cleanroom readiness and adherence to 5S and GMP standards
  • Identify and escalate deviations, safety concerns, and process abnormalities
  • Participate in shift handoffs, team huddles, and cross-functional communication
  • Support continuous improvement and documentation updates as needed

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience
OR Associate's Degree + 6 months of experience
OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in biopharma, pharmaceutical, or GMP manufacturing environment
  • Cleanroom experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of GMP compliance and documentation
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shift schedules
