About the Role:
Join POSEYVILLE FEED MILL LLC as a Restaurant GM and lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your leadership skills in a vibrant, community-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to track financial performance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and update menu offerings.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.
