What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and warranty work according to Chevrolet and GM standards
  • Complete repair orders accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on quality
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend additional service needs when appropriate
  • Road test vehicles to verify concerns and ensure repairs are completed correctly
  • Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, fellow technicians, and management to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly and accurately
  • Stay current with GM technology, service procedures, and training requirements
  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We're Looking ForQualifications:

  • Experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
  • Ability to perform maintenance, warranty, and repair work efficiently and accurately
  • ASE Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional attitude, integrity, and dependability
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull automotive parts and equipment
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to safely operate shop tools, machinery, and vehicles
