About the Role:

As aFolding Gluing Operator, you will be responsible for independently setting up, adjusting, and operating folding gluer equipment to produce high-quality product according to specifications. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain speed, accuracy, and safety throughout production runs.

In this role, you will:

  • Set up feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack station, and quality inspection systems.
  • Adjust and operate folding gluer equipment, ensuring proper folding sequence, glue application, paperboard thickness, and scoring alignment.
  • Set up and run automated and computer-controlled inspection systems for quality assurance.
  • Monitor quality throughout the run and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent accuracy and product integrity.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
  • Interpret job tickets, verify schedules, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Complete post-production cleanup and ensure the work area remains safe and organized.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and support a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:

You're a strong match for the **Folding Gluer Operator **role if you have:

  • Experience as a Folding Gluer Operator in the printing, packaging, or folding carton industry (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Bobst or equivalent folding gluer equipment (highly preferred).
