What You'll Do

As a Project Manager III/IV, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and construction of facility projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations. Here’s what you can expect:

Project Oversight
  • Lead and manage multiple facility-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Budget Management

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional with the following qualifications and skills:

Education
  • A bachelor's or graduate degree in architecture, construction management, or civil, structural, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Alternatively, current state registration as an architect or engineer.
Experience
  • 7-10 years of project management experience, particularly in facilities management or construction.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects.
