CAP Global Works, LLC, a trusted name in facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC. What You’ll Do

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and facilities maintenance teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and logging service requests.
  • Assigning and tracking maintenance work orders through internal systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports.
  • Providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Escalating complex issues and managing challenging customer situations with professionalism.
  • Coordinating emergency requests and ensuring protocols are followed.
What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
