Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Travel Operations Experts to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on travel, booking, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality workflows. The role involves testing real-world travel scenarios, evaluating AI-supported tools, and providing practical industry feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test realistic travel workflows across booking, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality platforms.

  • Evaluate AI-supported travel tools using real-world scenarios.

  • Identify and document incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback on platform usability and travel operations.

  • Suggest improvements based on industry best practices.

  • Review itineraries, reservations, and travel-related workflows for accuracy.

  • Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in travel operations, hospitality, corporate travel, booking, or reservations.
