Job Summary:
Aequor is seeking an IT Analyst to provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas. This role involves deploying new technologies for OT Machines, troubleshooting application problems, and ensuring compliance with application validation guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas
• Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equiptment
• Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
• Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users.
• Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration , data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications
• Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.
• Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work successfully within a team and build effective working relationships
• Acts with a sense of urgency to resolve internal customer IT issues and delivers results in an efficient and timely manner
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Detailed and organized ensuring customer requirements are met
• Has a winning attitude and instills a passion for winning with other team members, an attitude which is demonstrated by a 'can do' approach
