ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director, Talent Programs is a strategic program management leader responsible for delivering and continuously improving high-impact talent and employee programs across Zeta Global. This role will lead complex, cross-functional work across performance management, engagement surveys, global talent programs, and recruiting projects.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development & Experience, this role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, People Operations, and business leaders to create a seamless experience from candidate acceptance through onboarding, development, engagement, and ongoing employee milestones.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York City headquarters. Team members work from our NYC office Tuesday through Thursday each week, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Talent Development & Experience to execute Zeta's global talent strategy across the employee lifecycle, such as recruiting projects, performance management, engagement surveys, and ad hoc projects.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, governance structures, timelines, communications, and measurable outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Lead the day-to-day planning and operational execution of global talent programs, including performance management and engagement-survey cycles, from project planning through reporting, action planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable program operations through standardized processes, annual planning rhythms, project-management practices, and clear ownership across global initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence across recruiting, onboarding, communications, projects, and development to improve consistency, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, People Operations, Employee Experience, and regional leaders to deliver connected, globally consistent programs and support priority recruiting projects.
  • Leverage data, employee feedback, and operational insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and surface recommendations that inform talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.

Data, Insights & AI Enablement

  • Develop dashboards and operational reporting that measure program effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Partner with the broader People Team to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support business decision-making.
  • Ensure survey insights translate into actionable recommendations and program improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, Talent Operations, Program Management, or related People functions.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide or global people programs.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable processes and operational frameworks.
  • Strong project and program management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements!

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $145,000.
