By executing a suite of strategic projects and programs, we optimize the caliber and productivity of our global, distinctive recruiting team. Our focus includes driving programmatic initiatives, facilitating data-informed decision-making, and steering change management to enable robust business engagement. We are looking for a talented program manager to join our team.

We are committed to building an inclusive work environment where all Stripes feel welcomed as their authentic selves—inclusive of all genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, races, education, ages, and other personal characteristics. We work on broadening our internal diversity because we want to be culturally equipped to build products and solutions for our diverse user base.

What you'll doResponsibilities

As the directly responsible individual (DRI) for one or more key centralized recruiting programs—such as Recruiter Enablement, Quality of Hire, or Business Engagement—you will:

  • Own and steer the program's objectives and key result areas, including tracking and reporting metrics and overall program management
  • Lead change management initiatives within our recruiting teams and collaborate with partners to facilitate seamless transitions, tracked through change adoption metrics
  • Provide comprehensive enablement to all relevant stakeholders within recruiting—ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to excel in their roles
  • Maintain an updated repository of knowledge articles, ensuring all information about the program remains accurate, relevant and easily discoverable
  • Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes, maximizing their effectiveness and efficiency through measurable metrics
  • Design training guides and educational materials to enhance the skill set of recruiters, measured by participant feedback and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to pinpoint and execute high-priority initiatives that elevate our recruiting efforts, with a trackable impact on hiring success rates
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by fostering impeccable communication, coordination, and execution among the recruiting team and other partners, gauged through project timelines and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Contribute to additional business-critical recruiting initiatives as required
Who you are

We seek a highly motivated individual who meets the minimum qualifications outlined below.

Minimum requirements

  • Proven expertise in program, change, and project management within a dynamic, global, high-growth environment, demonstrated through successful project outcomes
  • Passion for developing innovative programs that drive measurable quality and efficiency improvements, evidenced by previous program success metrics
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance daily operations, with specific examples of tools used and outcomes achieved
  • Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail, as shown by past project performance evaluations
  • Ability to think creatively and implement impactful solutions, measurable through project completion rates and effectiveness assessments

  • A proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving; skilled at discerning trends and translating insights into actionable improvements, monitored through data analysis reports
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset; demonstrable flexibility in managing shifting tasks and priorities in previous roles
Preferred qualifications
