Connect Staffing is hiring for multiple Solar Operations, Technical Support, Repair Center, Warehouse, and Supply Chain positions with a global solar inverter and energy storage systems manufacturer in Houston, TX.

Available opportunities range from entry-level warehouse and material handling positions to skilled technical and engineering roles supporting PV (photovoltaic) inverters, ESS (energy storage systems), replacement parts, repairs, service operations, and supply chain activities.


Technical Support / Field Service


Requirements:

  • Technical training or experience in electrical, electronics, solar, field service, or related equipment.
  • Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical documentation.
  • Engineering-level positions may require a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.

Duties:

  • Troubleshoot, test, commission, and service PV inverters, energy storage systems, and related electrical equipment.
  • Support customers, field technicians, and internal teams with technical issues.
  • Document service work, technical findings, and equipment information.
  • Travel to solar project sites may be required for certain positions.

Repair Center / RMA

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound materials, replacement parts, and equipment.
