Job description

Arizona | Full-Time or Part-Time | Commission Only

Sunlink is hiring sales reps who want real lead flow, fast installs, and big commissions.

No experience with solar software needed.
Our AI-powered platform handles system design, panel layouts, pricing, proposals, and financing automatically.

We have 200+ warm solar & battery leads daily from homeowners who have already received quotes from us.

Compensation

  • Average commission per deal: ~$5,000
  • Part-time reps (<20 hrs/week) closing 1 deal/week average ~$200,000/year

Commission Structure (Redline Profit Share)

  • $1.65/w → 10+ deals/month
  • $1.85/w → 5–9 deals/month
  • $2.00/w → 1–4 deals/month

Average system size is ~10kW sold around ~$2.50/w.
At a $2.00/w redline, reps earn $0.50/w commission = $5,000/deal.

Commission Payout Schedule

  • 25% at signed sales docs
  • 25% at permit submission
  • 50% at PTO after install

We’re Looking For

  • Closers
  • Self-starters
  • D2D, roofing, alarms, automotive, telecom, or in-home sales experience is a plus
  • Solar experience helpful but not required
