$120,000.00 /Yr. - $153,000.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The Service Delivery Manager is a strategic operational leader within Verdant's Product & IT organization. This role drives alignment between the IT/Product team and Axos's PMO and business units, ensuring projects are delivered with rigor, vendor and procurement relationships are managed effectively, and cross-functional priorities move forward with accountability.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary liaison between Verdant IT/Product and Axos PMO, ensuring all active projects are registered, tracked, and reported in accordance with Axos governance standards
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software and vendor contracts
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, IT governance meetings, and cross-functional project status reviews
  • Maintain the IT/Product project portfolio dashboard with real-time status, risks, milestones, and resource utilization
  • Track and report progress against IT/Product OKRs on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Identify and drive elimination of process friction points in IT service delivery and project execution
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate IT documentation, evidence packages, and control artifacts in coordination with Compliance and Risk teams
  • Bring an AI-forward mindset to service delivery, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate automation and AI tools into IT operations, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery speed across the team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, IT operations, or technology delivery
  • PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working within a formal PMO framework
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred

Preferred:
  • Experience in a bank or regulated financial institution environment
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
  • Experience managing offshore or nearshore development contractors
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery alongside waterfall project management
